If you live in Canberra, you are welcome to pickup your order or we will arrange delivery.

Whilst we have no strict order minimums, to be cost effective it is recommended to use a minimum order quantity of 10 units for single colour designs and embroidery and 20 units for multiple colour designs.

You are welcome to supply your own garments, however It’s best to check in with us about the garment, material and printing technique prior to sending them our way.

Please note that supplied items are provided at your own risk as some materials may react poorly to the print/embroidery process. G&S can not be held responsible for any damage to client supplied garments and will not replace any items that are misprinted.

Every order is unique and contains multiple variables, therefore each job needs to be individually quoted. Please contact us for a quote.

Our standard turnaround time is 10-15 working days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Turnaround times starts once when your order is paid for and we have all information/approvals required to complete your order.

If you have a deadline for your order, please let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply.

Screen printing setup fees are charged per position and colour. Screen setups expire after 6 months unless re-ordered within that time.

Embroidery setup fees are charged per design and do not expire.

We require certain types of files to be able to brand garments. Artwork/designs must be submitted in the following formats: Vector files are the best and preferred. All fonts must be outlined – AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Any files outside these requirements may incur additional fees and production delays.

We require payment in full before we begin any production. If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order before payment, this is totally fine, just let us know.
